I've been here off and on for 2 years. I'm back right now because I need to say this and here is the only place I have. I don't want to talk to anyone. my mind keeps reverting to the idea of suicide. Despite meds, therapy and hospitalization only 9 months ago, I'm in this state again.

Possible trigger:

I feel like my life will inevitably end in suicide so then it's only about timing it right for the least negative effect on my kids.

This whole ordeal is such ******** and it doesn't matter how hard I try!!!!!!

No need for a response. I know none of you can help this go away. I just need to know that one person heard me.

Im sorry youre going through this right now. But remember that bipolar cycles. It changes. It doesn't stay the same forever.
