Had an amazing day! Got up and took a shower. Cut up some fabric for a quilt. Took my son out to lunch. He was appreciative and friendly. Found a therapist who takes Medicare and will do CBT for anxiety. Oops...drove to lunch and back...have been having driving anxiety.

Went to the bathroom. It was an accomplishment. Washed a spoon. Did some exercise and had a good chat with my mom. I failed on 2 tasks today, but only mildly. Overall, a good start.
