I helped a bus passenger sitting beside me, take his bus card out during an impromptu inspection in a crowded bus as I observed his master hand was gauzed up (probably due to injury).

He took time to slowly open his wallet up and take his card out, so I assisted him in taking his card out for the inspector.

When he had wanted to put his card back into his wallet, he struggled to open his wallet as well since his left hand was only mobile, so again, I opened his wallet for him and let him place his card back into it before closing it up.

That is so kind. We don't see caring and compassion like this anymore.
You made my heart smile

I walked my little dog twice so far today. She was so happy. The last two days I had to ask someone else to walk her because I just couldn't get out of bed and face the world.

I had a good day today. I usually only have two a month. So, when I got up feeling good for a change I took my little dog for a long walk in the park by our apt. complex. I did the dishes that had been piling up for days. Took out more than one bag of trash. Went to the laundromat and washed almost everything I owned, clothes, towels, comforters, sheet sets, even stuffed animals, in the end it cost me $20 then I went back home and vacuumed the apt. until no more dirt or cat hair accumulated in the dust cup. Went to the bank. Paid the electric, insurance and phone bill on time. Went shopping and bought a couple of things I had needed for a long time. Got home and did more straightening up them made some Flan, my favorite desert. I watered my plants on my patio garden (there are about 35) and after I finish this I'm going to go through 8 baskets of junk and hopefully get rid of about 3/4 of it. So, since I'm still up at this late hour (2:05am), that maybe I'm not just feeling good but I'm having a manic episode and right now I don't care because it feels good to have done so much and not just lay in bed and cry. I will however tell my therapist when I see her later this morning.

I talked to my mom even though I didn't want to. I answered my 18 year old's questions about when I was 21. I played my little pony with my 6 yr old. That's it.
