I have suspected this for a few days but now I'm pretty sure. I'm feeling like the depression is coming through clearly now. The agitated part is controlled by my APs but the depression part isn't covered enough yet. I am increasing the dose Monday night so that will hopefully help and I am still on a half-dose of my AD so that can definitely go back up after I am through the AP adjustment. That will help with wanting to sleep all the time which is my new thing. Today I kept having nightmares and still falling back to sleep which I never do because one nightmare leads to another.

I hate crashing. This seems to be a slow crash but ick.

Sorry to hear the depression is returning. That is an awful feeling. Hopefully the increase in AD will stop it in its tracks.

This AP converts to an AD as it processes. I have no idea how strong this AD is and doubt it is very since it is safe with my MAOI which is unsafe with all other ADs. I'm not sure it's even marketed. So my hope is that I get a boost from it and then can increase the AD in a few more days. It's stimulating so if I'm knocked out by the med that will help. We'll see.

I hate this part. I never get over mania without this and so far it's mild which is unusual. I hope that means the AP is doing the antidepressant thing. I just want this episode to be done and a distant memory, one I won't forget easily.
