Only when I'm working

I don't know a Monday from a Friday at the moment, unfortunately.

I have my habits and rituals which have become somewhat of a routine for me. When they get messed with, I tend to get a little irritable, but rarely do I cycle because of a messed up daily routine. I'm just very stubborn.

I definitely like a routine....and anything that "interferes" with that routine throws me off my game....

I barely have a routine, things are always changing, like work, home, and me. It does get to me sometimes, but if there is money, I'm usually all right with it.

I think I am very likely to become briefly hypomanic with major changes in my life, as long as they are not like terrible tragic events or something. It quickly goes into dysphoric mania for me, but like I know that every time I have gone through some sort of transition (graduating, starting school, starting a new job, moving to a new place, etc) I tend to get very energetic and over the top optimistic and sort of get swept up into fantasy land.

Lawd yasss!! LOL. I'm off balance, my mood is off I can't function right. I'm off task and I can't sit still. These are some of the things I deal with, with an unaware change. With other changes I have just a few of the others.

Yes, being out of my routine throws me into anxiety. If it gets really messed up it can throw me into depression.
