I'm officially stable and flat. I spend most time zoned out, and silent. I only talk, interact if someone is talking to me. I'm "off",zoned out and silent, just there, when not being talked to. I barely interact when talked to almost starring past them. I don't like this person! In fact I hate this person. Therapy has turned into a starring match. I don't know how to fix this. I use to be more personable. I'm a shell of me. Help! I don't know how but I need help! Wtf is wrong with me? Any ideas would help. The only thing that was changed is going to the injection of abilify ( same dose).

When did you get your injection? Did they say if it would take a little time for your body to adjust to the injections?
I am not familiar with the atypical injections but have seen people who started slow-release injections of old drugs have some sedation/side effects for a month or two while their bodies adjusted. I can't remember which med it even was (they used one a lot where I used to work and I just know it was an old med and I should be able to come up with the name because I heard it plenty back then; hate my memory now) but then it would even out.

When did you get your injection? about 2.5 weeks ago Did they say if it would take a little time for your body to adjust to the injections? they said nothing but gave me the wrong information and told me to take the pill until I saw my Dr. T checked and I stopped the pill. At least now I can think.

That might be it; that might be a lot for your system to clear if you had the shot and pills too. Like I said the old sustained release injections also had an adjustment period and I don't think it would be surprising if new ones can too. Changing forms of a med (like Seroquel to XR) means adjusting even though your body is used to it in theory so that would make sense.

I think there's a difference between stable and flat. Flat is not good. I think if you feel flat you're overmedicated.

The thing is I'm on 2 antidepressants, lamictal, and abilify (which is activating) I don't see how I can be flat.

Keep advocating for yourself, while maintaining the med compliance. The longer you take what they tell you to take, the more likely your complaints will be listened to.
It sucks feeling flat, but you know... it's a lot better than feeling violent and suicidal. You don't feel that way, because you're feeling flat and that is a rather miserable thing to be.... but it is better in the long run. I hope that you adjust to the meds, or that the Doctor will decide to change around your medications for you.
