Everyone keeps telling me I need to journal. I hate writing on pen and paper and honestly I'm no good expressing my feelings. I want to try an app. I downloaded optimism but it seemed like too much work. Anyone journal and keep track of themselves on iPhone? Curious what your using. Paid or unpaid doesn't matter

I'm curious too. I'm intrigued by the idea of an electronic journal, or place to describe feelings.

I use DayOne. It's more for journaling but you can set tags to make it easy to find posts. You create your own tags so it's customizable.

Are you looking for a mood tracker? I like imood Journal for that.
If you just want a place to write online how about opening a blog but keeping it private. That gives you lots of space to write but maintains your privacy (and you can do it from your phone).

T2 mood tracker is awesome. It's mainly mood tracking represented in graph form, but you can write notes that go with each time you track, and that can function as a sort of mood journal. Recommended.
