You're already on an antipsychotic, more than that seems a tad overkill in my opinion, so I wouldn't worry about "feeling good" if every time we felt good led to a manic episode we'd all be hospitalized most of our lives, so I would just watch for the normal signs like getting less sleep, racing thoughts, delusions, etc and inform your doctor about what you're doing and get their opinion

I agree 100% with ~Christina. That's the best time for someone with bipolar imo. I was feeling that way a month ago and it was awesome. Now anxiety has taken over. At least I'm not depressed....i think. I can never tell at first.

I agree with the above posters. Enjoy the crap out of it.

But I do know what you mean. When I start to feeling "Happy and Giddy" I begin to worry it's mania settling in, and worried about the inevitable crash.

I'm glad you are feeling well. Enjoy.
