Lots of exercise can help burn off some energy and a hot hot shower typically helps me a little bit.

Hope your feeling better soon

Sometimes exercise and bouncing around makes it worse for me. Like feeding it somehow. Sometimes I try to force myself into just sitting quietly. Sometimes watching the most distracting guilty pleasure television helps me.

and getting out of the house and having safe appropriate social things to do that don't involve dancing on bars

I need dead silence in a dark room with no one else around for the agitation and restlessness but I never get that until everyone is in bed for the night and thats too late to be of any real help.

I feel a bit that way today. Luckily I still have a tonne of projects and work that my manic me left for me to finish off so it´s keeping me busy and burning it off a bit but I know what you mean about feeding it. I´m trying to just stay calm and achieve little goals step by step x
