Quick question for you guys that have bipolar disorder with psychosis. Does the psychosis start off slowly for you and get worse over time? It seems like I have been having it off and on during the day for a few days now. It starts and last a few hours then kind of tapers off and start up again later on. I think its probably gonna get worse. Maybe its caused by my mood changing during the day too? I don't even know if I am happy or depressed right now anymore maybe its a mixed episode. Does anyone experience the same thing?

Mine occurs at random intervals and strikes when I least expect it.

I'm not an expert on this, but I recall experiencing it myself just exactly how you described it.
