I am afraid to tell mine that I stopped my meds becasue I am addicted to being hypo manic.

Also, as for the events of a manic episode I really try to keep it rated G instead of the NC-17 or R that it actually is.

I just started seeing my current Pdoc, but she made the distinction between hypomania and mania by asking me if I was more productive or not. I have a feeling that she wouldn't try to curve a hypomanic episode unless it was about to get worse.

I'll be remaining honest with her in the future
