is telling little lies a part of bi polar? Just wondering

That is something that has nothing to do with being Bipolar or not, some people resort to telling lies or little lies, due to their personality traits and/or situations.

I don't think it is a component of BP

Hiding it - think of it more as a personal issue that will stay personal instead of thinking of it as a secret...of course key people need to know.

Not wanting to hurt people - not sure if this is combined with the first part - Did you mean to hide bipolar so not to hurt people? If you are hiding from key people - then you may want to rethink this.

I see both as fairly normal for people.
