Has anyone ever tried one of those 30 minute kickboxing, boxing workouts?
There is something here called 30 Minute Fit Hit, but I am concerned that the intensity might trigger mania. Any feedback?

Is exercise a trigger for you? Any form of exercise just ends up making me feel good and more stable.

I love kickboxing! Exercise is a good way to get my excess energy out-whether it's from mania or anxiety. HOWEVER, I have run the risk of exercising too much and getting too amped up--that's why I don't push myself too hard. I limit my time, and make sure I do other activities too, and have a nice, soothing, cool down portion of my workout. Cardio kickboxing is also great!

Kickboxing is great and fun. No triggers for me on it.

I did kickboxing in high school as an outlet for my rage issues. I sucked at it, but it was very cathartic so I did it anyway lol.
