but I suppose it is time to go back. Any advice for the first session? I'm sure they will help guide me through it but the last one I had sucked. I want to get off on the right foot with this one.

Just answer there questions honestly and tell them what is bothering you. They can't help you if you don't tell them what is going on. My therapist has helped me the most when I am honest about my feelings and I describe things in great detail.

Maybe make a list of things you want to accomplish in therapy and start with telling the therapist about them.
