When one poster is hypomanic after a period of stability, does it make other users want to chase mania?

I'm not going to lie.... After being depressed for the better part of two years I get feelings of longing when I hear people describe their hypomania. I would love a break.

I don't feel that way when I hear people describe mania though.

No. While I hate the depression....I never long for the hypo.....I know what it does to me...or makes me do....

I just long for "ok"
