Finally stable, but for how long?

I am finally on the right meds! Seroquel 3x a day 100mg Morning and Afternoon, and 300mg at night. Latuda 120 mg at night. Lunesta 3 mg at night. And Benztropine 1mg twice a day.

My pdoc was having a hard time with my Mania not letting me sleep and we finally got it under control. I think that my baseline is on the happy side, thankfully. I am just scared of losing it now that I have it. I hope it lasts more than two weeks.

I feel the same as you...because my mania ruins my life and I don't know it even does until I come back down from it..

I'm on lithium, risperdal, prozac, Buspar, adderall, and lamictal...
My fear is what if....what if I lose my free insurance, or the meds stop working...I will lose myself and the loss of reality around me...

Congrats on getting to the right med combo. As far as long it lasts- the best thing you can do is to be consistent on the amount of sleep you get, avoid triggers, and take care of yourself. Maintaining relationships and friendships really help too.

So glad you found "stable" ... glad the med combo is working for you...

I stabilized right before I was able to go back to a pdoc.....then dipped a good bit....but we are still working on my med combo....

Right now I am on Lithium 100mg twice per day and Latuda 20mg once per day. I am back to a pretty even keel....
