Haha cute. I get like that with fashion. I have been anticipating fall so that I could wear all my fall outfits. I've started wearing some but it's kinda still in the high 80's and 90's in Chicago right now. Merry Christmas!

But you're a month late for 'Christmas in July.'

I used to love Christmas.... And decorating! For the past several years, I've been very sick and depressed at Christmas. I sure hope this year is different and I lose the Scrooge.

I think this could well be my last Christmas, if indeed I make it that far. I'm pretty much done with all of this.

Really sorry to hear you're feeling this way Toodles but it is close to what I was thinking myself, so I can identify with you.

Do you have anything that will change your thinking?
Are you staying compliant meds? If so maybe you need a change.

I never really know what to say about these feelings but all I do is keep saying "one more day" every day, it's me through a lot of rough times.

Keep posting and consider starting your own thread about what is going on for you. There are lots of people here that truly do care.

If we go straight to Christmas, we'll miss Halloween and Thanksgiving...

I have miniature Christmas items I'm going to try to find and place on my desk. I don't think my wife will mind if I just do that.

Thanks for the idea!

Merry Christmas!

I've started thinking Christmas yesterday too. I woke up this morning, and thought "Oh, it's not Christmas is it?" and I was kind of bummed.

We don't do a gift exchange, but I love the food and the decorations, the carols and the Christmas movies and shows on tv - it's such a cozy holiday for us.

Thanks for starting this thread HALLIEBETH.

ETA I think I'm also just fed up with summer - go away relentless sun.
