I punched a brick wall because today has been a catastrophe and not it hurts to flex and bend my hand. Ugh.

That really sucks :-(

I'm very sorry to hear you had a catastrophe and that you felt so badly you had to do that. I hope your hand gets better soon and you didn't break it. Stay away from bricks! I usually stick to drywall :-P

Careful. Before being diagnosed at a late age, in high school, I broke my hand three times in a fight. A brick wall could do it too.
