Anyone got anything to distract me or something? I'm watching netflix, waiting for my clothes for tomorrow dry and I just can't quit crying. I have to take meds and that includes klonopin that hopefully will help but I've just been sitting here with tears rolling down my face for the last hour so I'm not sure it will do anything.

Hospital in the morning.

I'm very sorry your dealing with this not sure it will help but you can try breathing very deep through your nose and out through your mouth for 10 mins
Thanks for this!

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. I would cry on the train ride home it was horrible! Especially since I would ride in the quiet car! Anyway, it's not always easy, but I would try and distract myself somehow. Funny movies, talk to supportive friends...and I just today bought a coloring book to help with difficult times. Please take care of yourself and I hope you're ok.

Thanks for this!

Right now cat videos are dangerous; the crying started when I realized I was telling my 20 year old cat that I have to go away for a week. I'm always scared to leave her. She's so old and not that healthy and well, something awful could happen if I leave her and I wouldn't get to say good-bye. But they are funny most of the time and I'll check them out when I get back.

I finally stopped although I have to scrub a pan that made me sob a little while ago. Hearing about my niece's birthday party that I missed today was not easy but I'm glad she had a good day. I wish I were well enough to go but I spent the party curled up like a pill bug staring at the wall.

This is always so hard. I've made it out 3 1/2 years and I think it's actually harder to go back after that time.

HI. I just ordered pizza when I read this.

I like to think about normal things and focus on the moment when I am depressed. That is why I typed that I just ordered pizza. Those are the kind of things I focus on when upset. Simple little positive things I have done.

I took a shower and ordered pizza. I took out some recyclables to the can. Little positive moments.
Thanks for this!
