My hubs told me to lay in bed and go to sleep and I said I can't. He said I make everything more difficult than it is. I said okay I'd lay Dow but that he didn't understand. I said laying down feels impossible when your insides are telling you to go jump on the trampoline. He said something sarcastic so I said oh my ****ing goodness...but I wanted to say God not goodness. Immediately after I said it I heard thunder and knew that God was telling me "strike one." I asked my husband if he heard thunder and he said no it's not thundering. Now I'm scared and need to cry.

Maybe I am psyching myself out Bc I can't take meds and haven't for a short while???? I am royally spooked. I haven't been having those hallucinations for a while so I don't think that's it either.
