I know everyone is different. I was just wondering what everyone's hallucinations were like.

When I've been hyper religious, I've seen Jesus decending but most of my hallucinations are auditory.

One time I saw orange and black striped skeletons dancing in my living room and a giant orange bug. I also have auditory hallucinations as well. Most of my visual things are just shadow things. I sometimes see Dolly (a demon) sitting on my bookshelf.

and a long time ago I was seing smoke in the air, which I was convinced was real. quite scary.

First and last time I took celexa after I passed out in the bathroom I went to try and lay down and sleep. I was extreamly agitated and I look over and see a little girl with a creepy foot ball shaped head riding a tricycle across my living room floor.

It's usually shadowy things disappearing around corners. Last fall when I went to the hospital I "saw" black and gray cats running under the linen carts in the ER. Otherwise, my hallucinations tend to be auditory rather than visual.

I don't really see anything other than enhanced colors. Everything is just brighter and a bit more sparkly.

Auditory things are enhanced. Hearing a scratch of a leaf sounds like thunder.

It really seems like mushrooms or LSD.

Thats weird that u say that bc ive seen like little demon faces in the dark before and i compared it to being on mushrooms. I never thought of it as a hallucination before though? Thought it was just one of those things that happens to everyone from time to time? Like seeing colorful specs floating in the air..like a fluke of your vision or something

I once took half an 1/8 of shrooms and I would compare that experience to a pleasent hypomania, the only difference is that you know the high isnt going to last for weeks on end and the crash isnt going to ruin your life.

lsd, I wouldnt know.

shrooooms enhance life.

I've seen spiders everywhere, people (shadows) and one really fun one was the house being infested with cats. Eyes watching me.

The cat one was by far the nicest one, usually they are terrifying.

My hallucinations have a bit of variety.

Full-blown hallucinations are pretty rare for me. More commonly the world just doesn't look right or real, the outlines of everything are somehow sharp, like trees look jacked up to me, and colors are off and/or very vivid. Less commonly things pulsate or move, so I will see things like shadow people, or the rug moving towards me across the floor. When I do have a full-on hallucination, it's very brief, like a ghost cat that disappears when I turn to focus on it, or someone walking down the hallway that won't be there when I come out of my room to check. The rarest type of visual of all is weird vortex stuff going on in the sky. Audio hallucinations are the absolute rarest for me, and tend to be brief and random.

I mostly experience auditory hallucinations, but sometimes visual, tactile and olfactory are thrown into the mix too.

My visuals aren't anything to write home about, really nothing fancy.

The usual is my computer/ phone screen or even a book, lifting off the surface and rearranging itself. Almost like the matrix, idk if that makes sense.

Then I've also seen dogs that don't exist, smoke that comes up out of the side walk or out of trees, and the odd demon watching me, one even tipped his hat at me once while waiting for the bus.

Only during my initial mixed episode did I hallucinate. It was terrifying.

I looked down and my stomach was making waves like the ocean, and I thought it was a demon that had possessed me. My stomach was growling (I hadn't eaten in days) but I thought it was the demon making growling noises. I begged my husband/parents to take me to an exorcist.

I've also pulled into a convenience store and when I walked in, everyone looked right at me and smiled. With this horrible kind of smile. (Think Jack Nicholson as the Joker). I ran out of there and never looked back.

I once looked into the mirror and saw my normal face. Then suddenly it gradually start aging right before my eyes. Wrinkles everywhere. I was horrified.

I've never had a hallucination that I found enjoyable. They all made me extremely scared and caused panic attacks. I haven't had any in years (thank the good Lord) but it's always in the back of my mind that someday I might have more. I sure hope not. I hate bipolar and what it does to me and all of you.

Most occurring is colored spots swarming around me and shadows.
I've had my hands swell up and feel like bowling balls, really weird.
There is a tiny troll like creature I used to see, has been years and years since that one.

I saw a cart in a store rolling quickly toward me once. I have also seen spiders dangling toward me but then they weren't there

I mostly just see textures moving as well as little intermittent flashes of light and tiny black dots.

I notice "auras" around people from time to time. Sometimes they are very obvious and distracting, but usually they're subtle.

Probably the coolest thing I've seen during psychosis was the water in a painting moving as though it were alive (texture hallucination). I stared at it in disbelief, looked away, looked at it again... still a flowing stream.

I have entertaining hallucinations.

Shadow people, shadows moving, faces in magazines and in posters changing. There are paintings in our apartment and once it looked like they were all breathing. Shimmering lights on the walls, or weird light designs. Also, when I was convinced there was an entity stalking me I could literally feel it, sitting on my shoulders or touching my back.

Walls rippling, bugs leaping onto my body, people in the grocery store all having severely disfigured faces (think Picasso), shadows like a person is right near me, a sinister man in black clothing in my house ... those are some of my visual hallucinations.

I've had hallucinations involving sense of smell...smoke, fecal matter, etc.

I've also had lots of auditory hallucinations and tactile hallucinations. Tactile, I felt someone running their fingers through my hair...the sinister man in black referred to above.

No Bueno lol
