Has anyone used the iMood Journal App or something like it? What are the benefits to tracking your moods?

I used imoodjournal for a while and my pdoc could see where my mood had been

I use it off and on. It's good to track bc then I can look back and see that I did have a minor downspin or uptick. I often forget just how long or severe an episode was. I haven't done it since May bc I don't think it's relevant right now. But I might use it again someday.

I use it as needed. It's nice and reminds me twice a day (you can set a schedule as you please.. Even more reminders) it's good and simple
