around this time last year, was when my new home was in a psych unit and I thought Id never be out. Im so grateful for being stable almost a year.

my lifes not where I want it to be, but Im working at it.

Some changes have been made to keep me stable, and as long as I stay away from those certain triggers I think Ill be alright for a long time.
