Now that my first wave of clonazepam withdrawal is over with (lasted three weeks!), and I don't anticipate the second wave until once I'm fully tapered off (will be completely done tapering on the thirteenth) I've been feeling more upbeat about the future. I have my vacation first week of October and the second wave should be over with by then. During it we're going to an awesome concert and have a fun wedding to go to. I have a fantastic new idea for a novel. Halloween will be fun and our daughter has already said she wants to be a ghost or a scary bat. I have a doctor's appointment coming up and though I'm not particularly excited about the appointment itself, my husband said he wants to come along and meet my new pdoc and learn more about my situation. I had a great day off yesterday and my husband and I did coffee and a chat, and I made a delicious chocolate banana cake with peanut butter glaze, AND I've finally lost my seroquel weight (which will hopefully stay off despite my cake yesterday!).

Whew! I'm just excited about everything!

What are you looking forward to or are excited about?

Big smiley face! (want to insert one of those but I'm on my less than ideal phone. lol!)

(Oh, and in the title that too should be a to.)

My BFF from St Louis is coming to the area this weekend!! I haven't seen her in a couple of years so I'm excited she will be here. I'm hoping that should cheer me up some. Can't wait!

I never noticed the vivid dreams when I was on trazadone.

I just bought a really nice pen n ink plus watercolor instruction book that has pages of really easy techniques to copy that I would like to use to get me back into painting. I have such a hard time motivating myself to do anything but I have been having a lot of dreams while sleeping about doing artwork. I would love to be able to take a college course for it but am not capable of sitting through one yet.
Thanks for this!

Getting profits from my home business stable so I can support myself enough to leave the backwater of a state that I'm in and go somewhere with mental health care that isn't terrible and has people who are more like me.

Also, I can't wait to finally get a new car since my old one broke because I feel trapped due to terrible public transportation where I live.

Soon.

I am looking forward to being stable on my new med combo and getting through the winter without severe depression. I haven't had a depression-free winter in many, many years. Who knows what all I might actually do during the next few months!

I'm already in the south and looking forward to cooler weather. I hate the heat. I miss the fall with the changing leaves and the snow. However physical health wise I do better in the weather here than in the grey winter weather up north. And my depressions are less severe down here too.

I'm going to Vegas for 5 days at the end of November. Nervous about drinking on my medication, but I'm sure it'll be fine. I went last September for 2 weeks and stopped my medication cold turkey while I was there. That ended badly, so I won't be doing that again lol

I know this is lame but I'm excited that I can finally pay down my medical debt. I actually have enough money now. I don't know how that happened but I'm not complaining. I'd like to get these bill collectors off my back.
