Skipped t accidentally. Saw pdoc he asked if I had Sui thoughts. I said no apparently that's not what T said I told him about the voices that woke me up. We looked over meds. Here's where things always get sticky for me. He let me go down on Effexor but I have to stay on the 200mg Lamictal. If I do well with those changes he'll think possibly about lowering the lamictal but acts like this new change is going to send me to the hospital.

Just my two cents... Have you been on the remeron long? When I first started my rounds I had auditory hallucinations as a side effect. (very rare side effect, different from the ones I already was hearing)

No I haven't. I take it as a prn. I never thought that could be the issue.

Well if you notice the hallucinations happen whenever you take the remeron I'd mention it to the doc, but it's probably not the issue. Hopefully your med changes work out for the best!
