I was wondering if there were any good mood tracker apps out there, where I could monitor my mood from hour to hour. I rapid cycle and would like to see if there is a pattern. I have a moodtracker.com account, but it only does morning and evening moods, and by the time it comes to the evening, I forget how I feel in the AM. I would like to try out a couple, so any suggestions will be helpful.

There is an Android app called eMoods Bipolar Mood Tracker. It's a pretty cool app. It also has graphs you can look at. It doesn't have hour to hour input. I believe it's just once a day.

imood journal does well with that. You can record as often as you want and can also leave #comments for each entry. I used it when I was having a bad mixed episode a few months ago and my mood was actually graphing as spikes which showed everyone how bad I felt. I need to get back to doing it but I'm so depressed now that I don't want to see what it looks like; I think that would be more depressing.

I use Optimism. DBSA has one too. You can find them in the App Store.

I tried all of them (seemingly) and I always went back to Optimism because I could personalize it for my own symptoms and needs. Also works online.
