My story begins while I was working in Western Europe and got suddenly ill. The first psychotic breakdown was severe and I was involuntarily committed to the psychiatric hospital. After that I was pretty quickly back and my symptoms gone. That experience of hospitalization was pretty ok, even if I was staying abroad and English was not a native language to none of us. I tried to find out more about hospitalizations and involuntarily commitments, but it seems there's not much.
However after that I was hospitalized one more time. My diagnosis is bipolar disorder and I hope I will not get through psychotic episodes ever again.
