I want to share something with you lovely people in this forum
![]() Take a look at this video and tell me if this fits as a descrition of your life. I think this applies to everyone who has to live a life with a cronic illness, be it mental or physical. Not everything she talks about will apply to everyone, but I think a lot of it... I found this to describe my life, since I need to prioritize what I do in a day (If I do too much, my depression will quickly take a turn for the worse), because I get exhaused very quickly, or doing too much migth be a sign of a manic episode (and then I have to try my best to slow myself down). It actually brougth tears to my eyes when I watched it, because a lot of it was so on target when it came to me ![]() |

I love "The Spoon Theory"
I have a chronic physical illness as well as MI. I never really thought about it relating to my MI....thank you for making that point!

The link didn't work so I googled it. For me the spoons are stress. I can handle so many spoons then if I keep borrowing them from the future it affects my stability. It's an interesting concept.
