I can't speak for anyone but myself. However, I loathe break up's, or even losing friends/ ppl in general in my life. How about you?

It is really horrible. I can't handle the grief.....

and yet there are people I should probably let go in order to protect myself more but I can't because the stress of it would be so triggering. You know what I mean?

I hate break-ups and losing people I love. I think the obsessive side of the illness really hits me hard at times like this. I'm still not over my ex from 12 months ago, and it was I who ended things.
