Valentina, You might like to visit Creative Corner. It's a board on PC specifically for 'poetry, stories, songs, and anything else inspired by your own creativity.'

I was on there and I don't want to be too sexual. Most of my poetry is sexual. There was a thread on here that was called bipolar poetry.

I started another one.
Thanks for this!

Years ago, I had poetry published in a couple of respectable poetry journals. It was fun, but then I became so busy with being a mom and such, I wasn't motivated to pursue being published any more.

It was cool, and quite exciting. I was asked for more submissions, but I felt I needed to choose between spending time with my writing or spending time with my children, and the children were priority.

What did I write about....oh...marriage, nature, images, interactions with people...when the Loma Prieta earthquake struck here in '89 I wrote a poem in three parts about it.

Sadly, very sadly, I had all of my poetry on paper (I had written the bulk of it in the '809's-early '90's, so before internet), stored in my home. Well, my house was robbed last spring (just before I moved out). All of my poetry and other writings was stolen. I assume it was stolen because it was kept in quality leather cases; I suppose some thief liked those cases. So. It's all gone. My daughter has been encouraging me to write more. Maybe I will.
