So I had my pdoc app today. I survived the blood test and all. I was dreading it.
Anyways I was just put on Zoloft to replace my pristiq. I was wondering everyone else's experiences on it. I'm hoping I've found something that works.

Zoloft works ok for me. My worst side effect is total lack of interest in sex. Then it makes me tired, so I take it at night. But other than those it works ok.
BP-1 since,,,, well ever. But diagnosed 2002 |

Zoloft seems to be ok for some but it made me sleep all day and I couldn't even FEEL sex! Lol

Zoloft sucks it made me gain weight too much too fast . my old psychiatrist jacked my Zoloft up to 275 mgs daily !!!!!!!!
Diagnosis: Anxiety and depression meds : Cymbalta 90mgs at night Vistrail 2 25 mgs daily for anxiety prn 50 mgs at night for insomnia

Well...it worked very well for my depression at least! Too well. Lol. You'll be okay. If you have bad side effects from it you can stop taking it.

I used to take zoloft as monotherapy. I married someone after knowing them a week and then proceeded to rapid cycle my way through the year...but did help a lot with anxiety! and hey, I'm still married more than a year later, so it couldn't have been that bad
 I did have a terrible time getting off of it, experienced withdrawal symptoms (dizziness and head-zaps) for months. I'm really sensitive to meds though and I think this is common to basically all psychoactive drugs.
