Get myself help? Well damn these must of been tick tacks I've been swallowing all these years and actors as pdocs. Screw anyone who says (in a nasty tone) to get some help when you are clearly struggling.

I always recall a euphemism I read on the internet one time: "Nothing is impossible for the person who doesn't have to do it."

I remember a girl from my high school once said to someone, "and then what? Roll it up and throw it at you?" That was pretty bold for those days!! (Early 1970's)

"How long are you going to be like this?" "When are you going to get a damn job?" "The problem is you're lazy."

A sample of what I hear daily.

Nothing makes me feel worse about myself when people say we are "giving in" to our depression, or "giving in" to our fear when anxious. Or, when they judge it as indulgent behavior.
