I've been having a difficult time staying on track recently. I am refering to working out and eating healthy. I have had a lack of motivation that has hindered me to lift, actually was about to 30 min ago started and just wanted to go home.
My question is how do you stay on track when you aren't motivated? __________________ Lactimal 175 mg Pristiq 100 mg Gabapentin 1800 mg Klonopin 1mg. Major depression Social anxiety disorder |

Honestly I can only seem to operate on extreme energies, positive or negative. If I diet and work out, it's either because my mood is high and I feel pumped, or because my mood is so low that I have no appetite anyway. Being mixed is like a bonus stage, since I'll have no appetite and also be restless enough to walk for hours.
Being on medication makes me feel like I'm coasting long. Like a piece of driftwood. Not really giving a **** where I land. |

I'd like to know too. I was stable for most of the summer and I joined a gym and ate better. I lost eight pounds. Depression hit and all of a sudden I was like **** it and gained back those eight pounds in three weeks. I'm in another depression now so I'm finding it really hard to go to the gym. I'm not eating as much but I'm eating high calorie junk so I'm still going overly calorie limit. I'm really trying to reduce my fat intake as I think all the greasy food is upsetting my digestive system.
So when you find the answer share it with me please. __________________ Of course it is happening inside your head. Yeah, I'm pretty lousy at staying on track too. Hell, I don't even have a track. Dieting doesn't work for me. Not even bothering. I only lose excessive amounts of weight if I'm way stressed out or depressed. I'm at an average weight anyway.

Honesty i push myself big time. And im not sure that is a good thing. I push myself to do my exercise which is resulting in vomiting but i still do it. I push myself to go to the shops, i do one big shop then limit my money so i cant buy junk. Its harder having to prepare everything but i do it, to the point where i am too ill to eat it.
Im not sure pushing yourself is best now i think of it.... I do better with a buddy, do you have someone? |
