Right now I am having a hyper high that I can't even handle. I only got 3 hours of sleep last night because I was up cleaning. The only thing that is helping right now is weed. That's why I'm laying on the couch writing this. It calms me down temporarily. I just got a prescription today for 300 mg of lithium. Which is nothing. I called and left a message to try abilify but we'll see how that goes. My heart is pounding and I'm starting to feel anxious but I also feel really good. Like incredible. Idk whats coming next but I'm scared. My pdoc is out of town for the week and the other pdoc at the practice said she doesn't want me to go inpatient right now. I am crossing my fingers.

I'm going to guess this is from dropping the AP . Did u do it cold turkey? That can definitely throw you into hypo/mania. It has happened to me before. It was great and lasted a while unail I turned crazy and went into a horrible mixed mania tht landed me in the hospital
So I'm thinking you should get something sooner than later
Good luck

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Sorry you are having a hard time. Sleep is good but sometimes we can't. Cleaning isn't harmful. Are you alone? I don't smoke weed so I can't advise on that.

PS: I have OCD, too. I am not minimizing your condition. I'm just thinking you may be hypo manic and lots worse can happen.

Bipolar 1 or Bipolar 2?

I was diagnosed bipolar 2 but this mania is just stronger than its ever been. And I am alone with my dog and parrot. My parrot keeps biting me. She attacks me when I'm manic and birds can sense emotion.

Are you diagnosed OCD, or are you just throwing this word around?
