I can't tell if i'm up or down anymore. Maybe it is the mysterious "mixed state" - I just feel so Scr#wed up and that I'm going in reverse instead of moving forward.

Just wanted you to know i'm here.. sometimes the mixture of the up and the down is more frustrating than being one or the other in extremes.. its a very strange feeling.. but it will pass, don't worry ![]() xoxoxo |

Yes - unfortunately the only comfort I have found is with Mr. Morgan or should I say Captain...

The second one and it does let your emotions take hold - so anyone reading this please don't try it...

Last night was dark - a little light is coming through...maybe to much...I think I'm heading up...
But I have really conflicted feelings and still can't tell - one minute I'm overwhelmed and the next I can do it. Sometimes both at the same time... I just don't get it?

I've been a bit like that too, going from genuine concern and thinking I should see my doctor, to feeling absolutely fine, and stable and wondering what on earth I was thinking.
Is it just me, or have a lot of people been experiencing some kind of weirdness lately? Anyway, I hope you continue to feel better and not head up - maybe cutting caffene (why can't I spell that?) and chemicals out of your diet will help you not get too high? Caffene is a major trigger for me, I should really learn to avoid it. loves, Ashtyxoxo |

Thanks - I cut caffene (I'll use your spelling as I can't do any better) in fall of 2004.
However I have been smoking cigarettes which has nicotine - maybe 4-5 a day Need to cut that out - but sometimes it is a better choice then the alternative...

I smoke around the same amount as you - agreed, it is better than the alternative (being irritating and unbearable to everyone around me).
