I can't sleep and it's annoying!

My pdoc said try without gabapentin for a few days and see how anxiety is. SO I didn't take it tonight and the remeron alone isn't helping me sleep. I miss the zyprexa sleep! Every timebu drift off I wake up in panic!

I've found I can't sleep without my gabapentin, and I only take 800mg. If I do fall asleep, I can't sleep more than 3 hours or so. Not sure it does much for anxiety with me. Hope you were able to get a little sleep.

The combination of Haldol and Klonapin has been doing it for me. Although I still wake numerous times per day, I am able to fall asleep and still get some quality sleep.

I got one hour of sleep last night because I took my stimulant too late. Very annoying indeed. 400mgs of seroquel didn't even phase me.

Dx: BP2, PTSD, bulimia/anorexia
Seroquel 300mgs
Trileptal 300mgs
