The sharp edges sounds familiar but it's been so long since I've been hypo it's hard to remember when that occurred. I can remember very sharp detail and vivid colours, but now everything is a little foggy :-( I always have trouble when I'm depressed remembering what it was like to be hypo :-/

I get that when I'm euphoric at the beginning of hypo. Everything gets super vivid.

During my last manic situation everything took on kind of this warm sort of fuzzy glow, so yes (except for the sharp thing).

There is an increase in vividness during hypomania as my menta/visual acuity is increased. I've often took mental note because it's more than obvious. It's one of my tell tale signs that I'm up higher then baseline.
