I know there is often alot of discussion in here about how we feel in the mornings, but does anybody else find themselves calm or more clear-headed late at night (as in, post-10pm) or just before falling asleep?

I do. I take my pm meds at 9pm at zyprexa makes me feel so calm and collected. It does make me gain but I feel like it's almost a life saver for me. I've gotten a lot better on it. Not stricken with paranoia too much or anxiety! I think it ms helping my irritBility too!

Sorry I went off topic. I just realized I might love zyprexa. I feel so good when I take it

I take my my pm meds at 730 pm and am in bed by 8 or 830 every night and wake up at 6am.. Getting plenty of sleep and staying on a strict schedule has really helped with me staying stable (pretty boring though)

I always feel better at night. I have had insomnia all my life and I had to make peace with the long sleepless nights. I enjoy the quiet that night brings

I'm like Christina, I enjoy the calm. If I go too long without sleep, I take a Geodon with a meal and sleep bliss.
