I knwo there comes a time in everyone where they wish to be free of meds and everything else. I finally achieved that. Med free for a month and doing well. I knwo I was absent from here for months, and I took that time to take care of my life. I finally am where I want to be.

That's great to hear! And welcome back!

It's always nagging at my head that now I know that I'm bipolar affected among other things, am I able to live a stabile life knowing? Can I redo my living to accommodate my illness?

I want so desperately to try, and you might of given me the nudge that I needed.... Thanks!

I'm glad for you Chaotic. I would love to try it, but based on yesterday's half of a dose of saphris that was missed, I don't think I'll be trying it any time soon.
Thanks for this!

The best piece of advice I have is do not try it until every aspect of your life is stable and DO try it under the direction and guidance of your docs. Do not just do it.

I just took a system wide vote and the nays have it, I'm out numbered. We've been on all kinds of drugs most of our life, mostly bad. Maybe in the future...

are you practicing alternatives? I want to get off these damn pills, but I know I cant unless I incorporate many life changes. Last time I was med-free I lasted about five months until y next manic episode. I was self medicating with alcohol for sleep. My biggest issue off meds is finding a way to sleep
