I was trying to explain my very own special kind of ideas on religion or the greater power to my therapist. I feel like it's kind of like in avatar. Every tiny infentesimal grain of sand is connected like the neurons in our brain, firing an electrical current that flows through the earth. I don't believe in the church but the universe.

you are a universalist, called universalism, we believe the universe is all connected like the cells of a single organism... to put it simply, "we are one", with each other, with the planet, with the universe, with all there is.... to seperate the parts is to deny our own divinity .... IMHO.... Tigger.

This sounds a little like Deism, which is the belief in a distant and benevolent diety. This is what I believe: there was a point of creation, and everything has evolved from there.

I do believe in prayer, but not in a worshipful or obedient sort of way. I believe prayer is the harnessing of peoples' feelings targeted toward a cause or emotion.
