I keep hearing the phone ring but when I go to answer it it's not ringing! Isn't that weird??

Unless you are just missing it? I sometimes hear my wife call my name or say something and she obviously hasn't, when I say what she looks at me funny and says "I didn't say anything". I think it's partly a paranoia thing.

I hear it bringing and get up to answer then it's not. And keep thinking my cell I'd ringing but I look and it's not.
I'm not as high as I have been and I hate that! But.,,I have had periods of calm then BAM wild high again. Do you think it's over it I'm cycling or whst |

My t was supposed to call but hasn't and I think it's bc she doesn't like me and I should quit going and quit DBT. And maybe my former t at that office didn't like me and that's why she said she can't fake Medicare-to get rid of me!

Thinking your t hasn't called because she doesn't like you and thinking your former t lied to you about taking medicaid is somewhat paranoid and may also be a fear of abandonment thing that goes along with BPD, that's just an opinion

Definitely sounds like paranoia to me. Do you have any anti-psychotic meds to use as PRN? Can you contact your pdoc? It is important you catch this before it gets to the point you 100% believe these things. At least for now you are questioning the phone ringing sound.
