I'm hearing things that when I investigate they're not real. For instance I hear people talking, phones ringing, and music playing. I didn't tell t cause I didn't think about it. It doesn't scare too much mostly annoy me.

My friend who took Wellbutrin said it happened to. Maybe it's that? Or could it be from recent mania?

I'm on the cancellation list to see pdoc hopefully see her before January 6! Do u think I should text t tomorrow to tell her our wait til our phone call next week?

I would text her. It seems that right now you have a handle on the hallucinations, but you could very easily lose that hold if you let it go too long.
Thanks for this!

I suppose you could tell her if you don't want your p-doc to know, but maybe your p-doc could adjust your meds. I remember one of my meds caused me to hallucinate and once I was taken off it, the hallucinations went away.
Thanks for this!

Maybe it's the Wellbutrin . But ive heard things before I was on it. I've never told t or pdoc. I'm scared they'll think I'm really crazy.

I get scared about that stuff too, but I am willing to bet they've seen it before and they have seen much worse. They are there to help you.

I texted her and she said if I need support I need to call PhoneCoaching from my dbt leader.

I'm not even sure I need support.

I finally slept lady night thanks to Benadryl. I've been desperate for weeks (except when manic) to get more than 2-4 hrs.

I've been dealing with hearing music and whispers for 15 years. No medication until last month. I always thought it was normal in general. Guess not. Worse in times of what I'm identifying now as manic episodes.

No matter how small, a positive change deserves to be celebrated!
Thanks for this!

Just found out my TSH is elevated and I have to go up higher on my levothyroxine.

How can it be that my thyroid isn't functioning well and I'm still not sleeping and stuff.

I crashed for a couple days but I've either leveled out not I'm headed back up.
