Seriously. Is there a rock I can hide under? How many beers do you need to drink to pull off looking like you aren't on the edge?

Excruciating is a good word, but with each passing day, it's getting ever-so-slightly better. This is a very lonely time of year for me and I just want it over with.

Hear you, FeelingHopeful.

I want a rock to hide under too, furiousfever. But no beer. I don't like it and hardly drink anymore. But I will take some heavy duty indica. And sleep meds.

There's no faking it today regardless. "Fortunately", there's no one to fake it for. Just gotta get through.

Hate beer and very p!ssed I'm out of vodka. But I know that feeling. I am feeling abandoned that I'm not spending Xmas with my bestie and her family as I have for nearly every Xmas since I moved here to FL. It was just me and my son (he's now in the other room online with his friends). I feel like I'm a burden on him. I feel like a huge ball of NEED right now. Thankfully I think it's late enough that I might actually be able to fall asleep. Going to try.

All the same, y'all!
I'm glad I'm not alone in the trench. Hopefully we all feel less shakey, less needy, less on edge after today. It's gotta turn around. Or at least the pressure is somewhat released?
Thanks for nothing, holiday season.
