been shaving meds to lowest level I can stand ... may need to go back up a smidge .... given the choice ("to put the sparkle back in my cheeks") , between trazadone or lamictal which would you up ... (I know your not a pdoc ... don't care ... I just want your opnion based on your experience ....) ... Ty ... Tigger ...

i have only ever known trazodone to be used as a sleep aid and thats usually a standard does for everyone. I was on lamictal for a long time. I think it would be much more beneficial to go up on lamictal

I also thought Trazadone was only a sleep aid. I'm allergic to it. Love me some Lamictal!

Lamictal. Even though it gave me a rash, it was somewhat helpful, and trazodone was a nightmare.

Lamictal has worked really well for me. Never had trazadone.
