I'm feeling a bit hopeful today. I met with my new therapist today and I really like her. I'm not going to make a solid decision just yet because she's still new, but so far so good. She's going to see if she can get me in to see a psychiatrist sooner than February because she thinks I need to get started back on meds as soon as possible. I'm pretty anxious and a bit down right now for some reason. Not really sure why, it just kind of hit me out of nowhere, but I'm still choosing to be hopeful at the moment.
