I'm suddenly completely wiped out. My moods have been jumping like crazy, and today it's as though my system just gave up.
Woof.
It's like torture trying to function. I'm on a waiting list to see a new pdoc with my new insurance. In the meantime I've been exercising and eating well, allowing myself pause and alone time to deal, but today I've lost all will to deal. I'm counting moments till I can climb in my bed and hide from the world.

Hi furiousfever). I've felt like that everyday for over a year now. I've had BP for a very long time and you never know when it will strike and for how long. I'm at a very low point and the only advice I can give is to find a hobby that you love. If it wasn't for my photography I would be even worse off. Just wanted you to know that your not alone.
Thanks for this!
