Man, I wish I could take it! I'm allergic to it! I did try over the counter Alteril. It's all natural and it did work. The only thing I noticed was my arms and legs kept waking me up like I wanted to move them. However, that could have been a fluke, so I'm going to try it again tonight.

I took it for a couple of years, but couldn't handle the hangover feeling in the morning anymore. I'm not a morning person, but I still have to get up at butt crack thirty everyday... trazadone let me sleep, but damn it was even harder to get out of bed
Klonopin took it's place, but the stuff sucks and I really don't like it. I see my doc in about a week for a routine visit... time to ask for something else. I've been on the less than ideal sleep plan for months and months... sigh

Yes! This was happening to me too. My doc put me on Zolpidem instead.

I take trazadone for sleep. It works fairly well.
I started on 50mg as it became less effective I went up to 75mg.
I am now on 100mgs and I see no difference between 75 or 100.
I have no issues getting up in the morning and for the most part it works
so I guess that's better than not sleeping. Good luck I hope it works for you.

Good idea definitely start off small and see what works. You dont know what drowsy is until you take trazodone.... It's great for insomnia you will definitely get some rest, just need to see what dosage will still get you to sleep but allow you to bw functional in the AM.

Trazadone didn't work for me. Plus it's an AD so it may have kept me awake more. I do hope it works out for you, though.
Thanks for this!

50/100mg really isn't a therapeutic dosage... in terms of using it for an AD.

I guess everyone's metabolism is different. Its the only thing that doesn't give me a hangover.
