Easily overwhelmed by stress
Being in a large crowd and feeling like I'm stuck there, can't get out, stifled
Elevators, CT scan machines MRI machines (claustrophobia)
Stairs ,lying flat or not with my head at a high enough angle, humidity, extreme cold weather ( COPD, sleep apnea)
Not being able to catch my breath
When I'm in physical pain ( I have a high pain tolerance so when I'm actually in pain, my "4 out of 10" by the hospital's pain scale is equivalent to a lot of people's "10")
When I catch people sneering at me, talking behind my back, making fun of me because I'm obese, walk slowly, and am "different" ( as I've always known I am on the inside)
When someone hurts my kids or my family in any way( This includes the anger I feel at myself when I accidentally hurt them)
Animal abuse or neglect
Abuse or neglect of children, elderly, disabled, spousal/partner abuse, abuse of someone based on their sexual identity. lifestyle or gender, including transgender people
"Kicking" someone when they're already down
Sexual abuse of any kind
Human trafficking
The news ( very often stories of abuse, etc. and some stories of people getting away with it)
Those that feel superior to others and possess a sense of entitlement that they can treat others like **** without consequence
Nightmares
The list goes on and on and on... I think I'll stop there. I'm starting to piss myself off.
Thanks for this!

People clapping, loud thumping music, provocative "news" broadcasting, several people talking or making sounds at once.

If I'm reminded of my age when I do something someone doesn't agree with. If you ask me that in a baby voice I will destroy the world

Loud music. My neighbor and I have had many battles over it. And he's like 20 years older than me!
I will let you know if your music irritates me. I will call the cops if need be. I've done it before and won't hesitate to do it again.
Thanks for this!

Someone sneezing really loudly. Two people trying to talk to me at once. Loud motorcycles.

Slow walkers. Butterflies. When my mom starts talking about religion. When I found out my mom likes Donald Trump and supports him. Donald Trump. Hilary Clintin. Watermelons that are hard to cut. Getting cut really bad while trying to cut a watermelon in half. Bill collectors. My pdoc. When I go to the dentist and get lectured about my smoking.

Too many people talking at once in a room; certain friends not texting me back/not returning the same consideration I give them; when people have the TV waay too loud; racist/homophobic/transphobic/generally prejudice/ignorant people who can't be reasoned with; people staring right at my face the whole time they're talking to me; people who drive like assholes, e.g. honk 1 second after the light turns green; people who invalidate mental illness.

Although some of these aren't technically "over"reacting, but still. :P

Kids leaving shoes/toys in the middle of the room. My husband's constant whining (about me--I mean does he even love me? For heaven's sake it doesn't feel like it). Bad music. Remakes of good songs (some things should not be touched!). When someone completely drowns me out because they are too busy watching tv. A big one--someone refuses to forgive an accident when the culprit is desperately sorry. Accidents happen people. Get over it.
