I have concentration issues, especially when I'm either up or down. It's much less when I'm at baseline...and every provider I've talked to about it chalks it up to my bipolar or something related like anxiety. But yeah, there are definitely times where I can't concentrate for the life of me and I'll say want to watch a movie but know I won't be able to get through it, or want to read a book but lose concentration after just a few pages.
