You can do anything for 5 minutes , you can bear the greatest pain , feel the greatest joy , cry the greatest cry , Believe the greatest truth …. 5 minutes … for 5 minutes I want you to believe , believe in yourself , believe you are worthy , believe that in you are faith , hope , love … 5 minutes ….for 5 minutes , I want you to tell yourself , you matter , you are worthy of happiness and peace in your life … 5 minutes … for 5 minutes , I want you to say out loud (scream) if you can , I am loved , I love myself , I love life itself …. I deserve no less … no , I demand no less … I am worthy of no less … I want no less … 5 minutes …. to prove to myself , I will never forget , what I have just said , for it is true ... Scientists tell us that everything that exists is made up of the same material , the universe itself ,the stars , the planets , our earth , and us … so we are ONE with each other , none is excluded , you can not be separate , you can not be different , we are one with each other ….. WE ARE ONE …. Believe this for it is cold hard truth , I love myself , so I “ LOVE … YOU “ . You can not escape it .. you can not change it , you can not deny it … YOU ARE LOVED … not for 5 minutes … but for all time … as long as one living soul exists on this planet …that loves … then YOU ARE LOVED ALSO … Tigger does love you …. Randy loves you ……… May you truly accept this love on this day of love , happy valentines' day … my friends ...
